Ms Demetrius King has been a Licensed Clinician for over 12 years working with Mental Health and addictive behaviors. She has an intensive background working with participants with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities providing Behavioral Supports and other needed Supports. She has worked in the civilian communities as well as with the Military Communities. Demetrius also provides clinical supervision for graduate counseling students and offers consultation services for all your Life Coaching needs.

Demetrius earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with emphasis in Social Sciences from Tennessee State University. She furthered her education with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. She is a retired Law Enforcement Officer, and prior Military (Army) and enjoys traveling, reading, attending Sporting events and attending Church. She has two adult children and 5 grandchildren.

Demetrius is dedicated to providing essential mental health resources to marginalized communities. Her focus lies in fostering mental wellness and equipping individuals with valuable coping skills, emphasizing healing as a transformative and empowering journey. With a caring and empathetic approach, she strives to create a safe space for her clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges and find resilience through the healing process.
